The Outlook Vision Network program provides:

Savings of 10% to 50% on most prescription eyeglasses, frames, and lenses, through a national network of over 11,000 independent and chain vision/optical centers.

10% to 30% discounts on medical eye exams and surgical procedures, such as PRK and LASIK (where available and approved).

You can also save on contact lenses (including disposables at some locations) at participating retail locations.

If the Participant or the provider has a complaint regarding the program then he or she may go to www.accessonedmpo.com or write to Access One Consumer Health Inc. at the above address. This complaint will be addressed and the Participant will receive a response within 15 days of receipt of the complaint by the DMPO.
